If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedure.

6. Order Dispatch

Dadar Dokan aims to dispatch confirmed orders within 2 days.

Dispatch means the order is prepared and handed over or made ready for shipment. Dispatch does not guarantee delivery within a specific number of days.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, logistics conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, mobile number, city, state, and pincode.

Dadar Dokan is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

• Incorrect address

• Incorrect pincode

• Incorrect phone number

• Customer being unavailable to receive the package

• Refusal to accept the package

• Other information incorrectly provided by the customer

8. Payment

Customers may pay using the payment methods made available on the website.

Payment must be successfully completed where prepaid payment is selected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer agrees to pay the applicable order amount when the package is delivered.

Dadar Dokan reserves the right to restrict certain payment methods for specific orders when necessary.

9. Return & Replacement

Dadar Dokan accepts returns/replacements only for products that are damaged or wrong/different from the product ordered, subject to verification.

We generally do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Products that are not damaged or wrong

• Issues reported after the specified return period

10. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any damage or wrong-product claim, the customer must record a continuous video while opening/unboxing the package.

The video should clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening

• The shipping/package label where possible

• The complete unboxing process

• The product received

• Any visible damage or difference

A valid unboxing video is required to verify and process a return or replacement claim.

If a proper unboxing video is not available, Dadar Dokan may not be able to approve the return or replacement request.

11. Return Request Within 24 Hours

Any damaged or wrong-product issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.

The customer should contact Dadar Dokan as soon as possible and provide the required unboxing video, photographs, and other information when requested.

Requests reported after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

12. Return Charge

For an approved return, a ₹136 return shipping/handling charge will be payable by the customer.

The ₹136 charge may be deducted from the applicable refund amount or collected from the customer, as applicable.

13. Product Condition

For an approved return, the customer may be required to return the product with its original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and other included items, where applicable.

The product should not be intentionally damaged, misused, modified, or altered after delivery.

Dadar Dokan reserves the right to verify the product and supporting evidence before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

14. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and refund procedure.

The ₹136 return charge may be deducted from the applicable refund amount.

The time taken for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

15. Replacement

If a damaged or wrong product claim is approved, Dadar Dokan may provide a replacement subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, Dadar Dokan may provide an applicable refund or another suitable resolution.

16. Customer Account

If you create an account on Dadar Dokan, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and update it when necessary.

17. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Dadar Dokan website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
